Telegram is only ever in the new because it's being used by terrorists and criminals. I don't understand why anyone normal would use it.
no criminal ever used whatsapp...?
Because it's Zuckerberg free and has some actually good features like custom stickers.
Because it's better than Whatsapp.
It's just a messenger app. Whatsapp is probably used by more criminals on the whole, but there's no reason for that to make the news
