Death Stranding was definitely not gold. Homie has to have someone to tell him when to stop, otherwise the narrative is a fucking mess.
Metacritic and sales figures disagree with you. It's fine if you don't like it, but it made money and garnered positive reputation.
You're acting like homie stole your girl, why are you so bitter about his success?

All I said is he needs someone to stop him, which is super clear if you look at the size and scope of both MGSV and Death Stranding.
