We use the same arguments when we pollute the earth (other countries should lead by example if we should stop polluting), so why does the same not apply to foreign interference? Maybe the USA should remove its 800+ military bases around the world before telling other countries they can't interfere in another countries sovereignty. Imagine a country saying, USA please leave. Do you think the USA will just say, "OK sure I'll pull all my troops out tomorrow."
