This is an elaboration on my previous question regarding depictions of single party communist political systems but I am particularly interested in China and how things work in their seat of power.

Looking for a show like House of Cards but Chinese with english subtitles and I don't care if its CCP propoganda stuff or if its filmed in the Koreas depicting a fairly realistic informed u derstanding of party politics, show trials, etc.

Actually they do have it, with the full approval and economic support of the CCP, so they get, let's day, their point of view.

It's called In the Name of the People. This article seems to mention they even show (gasp) officials corruption.

Just as mentioned, it's literally financed by the government, so don't expect a very realistic show. But they seem willing to admit corruption at the lowest levels.

But is there an English subbed version? I can't freaking find it anywhere, its always either no subs or chinese character subs
