So they should switch to element.io, or host their own forum thingie on a VPS somewhere. Why is Discord essential? (Hint: it's not)

Discord is currently the best for managing Communities. I dont see Matrix being even close to discord. Its partly similar, but lacks too much what makes Discord great.
