It was Medvedev who started talking shit about nukes more than a year ago (and a lot since then)

Originally it was NATO via its puppet Zelensky.
Medvedev is a nut. I think he's just spewing vitriol to appease the hawks in Russia. The same way Lindsey Graham does in the states.
