I usually not really forget to eat but instead to drink :|
If I don't have a bottle of water next to me, I won't drink water. If I do have a bottle of water next to me, I'll get distracted by it constantly and drink so much that I'm going to the bathroom every 5 minutes
I can one up this:
I can place it in front my my eyes and I'll look around it. Once I get headaches I might respond to the call of H2O.
