I took my bike out for a trail ride, decided to stop at home for a quick refill of water before going out again. I was in my house for under 3 minutes and my bike was stolen from my enclosed front porch.

Reported it with serial number to the police and a stolen bike website but never heard anything back.

I was in college and had to start leaving for classes 20 minutes earlier. I was pretty angry at the time. Now l'll never leave a bike out of my sight unless it's locked indoors or with two U-locks.

Yeah, I wrote a thing up here. I actually heard it's not even two u-locks you want but a u-lock and a...chain or something? There's some kinda master-class crap on Youtube or something but basically the were some people out here probably ten years ago trying to figure out what would keep a bike from getting stolen. And they found that mixing a u-lock and a __ (I am going to assume a thick ass chain yet again - with a solid ass lock) was the best combo. But tbh nothing stops a monster =/!

Glad you're holding it down though.
