"Evolution is so complicated. Can't you see that it's just simpler to admit that God did it?"

Please clarify your question. You used the word eccentric which generally implies an obscurity and complexity that generally goes against Occam's Razor... so what, actually, are you looking for?

What's the most verbose attempt to eschew obfuscation on record?

Eccentric meaning the example that would be considered the most foolish or far out. I didn't know a better synonym if the word eccentric doesn't work. Most skeptics would understand the use of the word eccentric, but to give an example, the other day I met a little kid who couldn't understand why the moon is invisible during its full moon stages and why it looks like a cloud, and the little kid said she thought the moon was just a cloud which has turned into rain during the new moon, only to evaporate again. But of course, this is a little kid, so in this case it's not unnatural.

Maybe incredulous is a better word than eccentric

It's tongue in cheek, but I rather like this one.

To give an example of why everyone is confused...

There's a dead horse pinned beneath a flaming tree on a wet ground. Occam's razor would tell us the tree fell on the horse after it was struck by lightning.

An eccentric explanation would be that the horse was cold so it went to the store to buy a lighter and a tank of gas, lit the tree on fire. The fire scared the horse so it dumped buckets of water in the tree, but it was too late. The flames caused it to fall on the horse, which killed it.

Do you see why there is no such thing of an eccentric example of Occam's razor? Occam's razor is the idea that least eccentric explanation is what probably happened.

I would say the simplest answer in this thread.

Currently, that's your answer.

I watched a guy use Occam's razor to kill Schrodinger's cat and then he just fed it to Pavlov's dogs. he said the god particle told him to do it

Seems like perfect evidence of Murphy's law tbh.
