When I get notification from my other user account (which is named "Work"), it only says "Notification from Teams for Work"

Teams = Microsoft Teams app

I just hate having to switch back and forth between accounts to see the full contents of the message. I really don't want Teams or Outlook installed on my main account, I want my main account to FOSS, while my other account can have the other proprietary apps. I just want to be able to see the full contents of the message when it gets forwarded, and not just "Notification".

quite sure this isn't implemented at the moment unfortunately. I have a similar setup & similar issue but haven't been able to resolve it.

it may be possibly to set up some kind of dual setup using unified push to receive notifications on both profiles, but I haven't been able to find a tool to do so & am doubtful after looking at the way unified push works.

Nope, no way to do this. It's not implemented yet. What you could use instead is the app called Shelter to create and manage a work profile. It's less separated than another Graphene profile, but is much more convenient
