Let me try to more articulately guess what OP was trying to say:

Imagine the bank kicking you & your family out of your house, then holding you all prisoner in some other suboptimal surviving situation, feeding you just enough to barely survive, in exchange for your labor, keeping you forever indebted to the bank and working to increase shareholder wealth, but you can't keep any money for yourselves. All value from your labor goes to shareholders while you work until you die, so that shareholders can have sex parties on their yachts.

Never use a shotgun or long gun to kill yourself. It's hard to reach the trigger and more than a few people have blown off their face and survived the process.

Yeah, if I ever end up going through with it I'm gonna rig a gas mask to a helium tank with a one way outflow valve of some sort on the mask. Should be quick and easy, and no mess for anyone to clean up and no risk of hurting someone else like there is with firearms. I'm careful to not look into sources for those items or think or plan about how I'd put it all together, I do my best to keep myself safe. Never been able to stop the suicidal ideation though, so naturally I've thought a lot about different methods.

iirc nitrogen is the best gas for this, as your body doesn't realize it's not getting Oxygen and you just kinda fall asleep and stop existing. or maybe I'm thinking it backwards idfk.

obvs don't test it.

A Concentration of CO of 1.3% make you unconscious in 3 breaths and kill you in 5 seconds. Tho, at lower percentages it's not as quick nor painless.

CO related deaths are high in my country, so I got curious. It's almost certain that most of these people probably had the slow and painful CO death.

Afaik, your body doesn't feel a lack of oxygen, it feels the buildup of carbon dioxide, so any inert gas should do the trick. That said, I've avoided doing research into it for obvious reasons. Also, if someone interrupts me, then at least there's some comic relief to lighten the mood when I start apologizing and crying in a chipmunk voice
