I've tried this out a bit recently, it runs really well but I can't figure out why it exists. I don't really understood the appeal of "everything apps".

Delta Chat is still really good though, I definitely recommend people check it out.

Edit: didn't realize there were some multiplayer games, being able to send a chess invite is actually pretty cool.

The main appeal of “everything apps” is the amount of control and influence they afford to whoever owns them.

The benefit to users is that various services should interact with each other better and single sign on

I don't understand this feature too, the idea doesn't work very well with the main concept of Delta Chat. Weird move.

I like apps that do one thing and one thing well but maybe that's just me
