Penn and Teller had a game show called Fool Us where people would do stage magic and they had to guess how it was done. I enjoyed watching those because you get to see both performers at various levels of talent and get an idea on how to figure ~~tricks~~ illusions out.

I remember David Blaine's close up street magic being good
Jason ladanye does some really impressive card magic in short-form content, and he has a pretty good sense of humor. He's on tiktok and YouTube, but the content isn't 1-to-1 between the sites which sucks.
Penn and Teller Fool Us is pretty good.
