I use Fennec. Vivaldi's a good browser if you want Chromium. I haven't used it much, but Cromite is a decent choice too

This is gonna be a foolish and stupid question but how did you check how much data was being collected?

How easy was it to intall Graphene? Honestly, the whole unlocking bootloader, flash a new OS thing sounds confusing.

Good search engine with no ads.

You can, but I don't know how/when they ask for it. When I changed my email on my main a couple months ago they asked for a number. When I changed the email of an alt recently they didn't, which was weird.

I like Skiff but I sent two emails with my Skiff email to my brother, but they never appeared to his email (checked spam and searched too). Only reached to him when I used my gmail address.

"Closed source parts" Pal it's only the UI that is closed-source. If that still triggers a problem I don't even know what to say.

I got my mom to switch. Well, made her to. Sent her a link to install it and just said "It's like Whatsapp, but no Facebook" along with "Keep Whatsapp for your old contacts".

Only problem is trying to get people to switch to it

Edit: Switch/Use it alongside Discord
