I also picked it back up in Season 4 and have been having a lot of fun. Full disclosure didn’t play heavily beforehand, life got in the way.

British Petroleum, if I had to guess.
They were largely (if not entirely) responsible for the oil that leaked/spilled into the Gulf of Mexico.

Ben10 despite it’s financially proven track record (per the meme) has not received a feature-length cinematic release.
