I'm incredibly awkward around it. I don't mind hugs. But I'm a germaphobe. So, it's definitely odd for a while.

I have a few friends that are huggers. I will admit it was odd at first, but I don't mind them.

If I'm sitting in front of a computer for 6+ hours without stopping they help with headaches. But now most computers cone with light filter options.

I use it via browser. Just delete/disable it. Works great.
