There's Linux dists that can only requires less than 200 MB of RAM. Absolute Linux for an example, has a minimum system requirement of 64 MB RAM. Plenty of space left for memory hungry softwares like a browser.

Anywhere in Europe so GDPR can be fully used and so Apple will not have the same power over their users as they have today.

  1. They have their own closed eco system
  2. They think money is key and throw large amounts at their consumers
  3. All source code is closed
  4. They are based in USA
  5. They love AI

Like what another person said, hate is a strong word. But when it comes to Big Tech, I'm all for the word.

Might have missed adding something to the list. Will add more if I have.

So? 🙂 That does dosen't mean that they have a bad product. Personally, I don't like their love for very round corners everywhere. But I use posteo.de because of 1 thing: Tuta do not support IMAP/SMTP

Back to try learning darktable again then...

Why isn't posteo.de in the list? They are like Tuta, but with some more features like IMAP/SMTP.

I found QMMP few years ago. As a fan of Winamp, I haven't looked back yet. QMMP is compatible with Winamp skins too.

I am not alone wanting to see screenshots of softwares before even installing them. If you refuse to provide screenshots because someone is not saying please, expect many will not try your DeltaChat client. Over and out.

Show us screenshots instead of telling us how the client looks like!

And when was "last time"? :) I have been using F-Droid for FairEmail since I tried the email client for the first time few years ago and I have never got any issues. Just updated FairEmail while writing this comment. Works just fine :)

Different people, different taste.

I love FairEmail because of its "millions" of settings and the privacy features, for an example if you press a link, you'll get a popup with options (for an example, what app you want to open the link with). And if the link contains trackers, FairEmail will remove these by default and saying "tracking parameters removed" with yellow text in bold.

K-9 Mail feels incomplete in comparison. Have you tried FairEmail?
