Well, DC++ is still alive and it's possible to find hubs with unique niche content that is impossible to find on trackers. At least I still use it pretty often.

I'm not from the US (and lots of people here either), so, we just don't give a damn about the US law.
Speaking of cs.rin.ru, unfortunately most of the clean steam files are not available anymore there right now.
