I think the people that a chill about it are doing something other than posting on the internet. The people I know in real life that are into such things are not dicks about it and all.

The Chuck Taylor All Stars you wore to school are cool, and the douche who made fun of you for not having Nike Airs is a loser. In general, care less about what other people think and be yourself. And finally, join the band or orchestra instead of play football and learn a skill you can take with you for the rest of your life instead of getting your bell wrung for nothing.

Part of this is also just the fact that simpler = broader appeal to a lot of companies which translates to more money.

We've flown a lot in the US with our now 2 year old to visit family, and have never had anyone say anything to us on a flight in a negative way. We've had a lot of people tell us how great our son did even if he got a little fussy here and there. We've flown first class with him several times and no issues.

I'd say we're lucky that he is a little rockstar and handles it very well, but it is definitely stressful for us but just part of what we have to do sometimes to see family. I feel terrible for people that have to do longer haul flights with smaller kids though, 2-3 hours is manageable but if we had family overseas we would probably fork over the cash to fly people to us rather than put him on a plane for that long. For our sake more than his lol.

Are they the original versions on GOG and not enhanced? Both have a Linux installer you can download that has always just worked for me, nothing else needed. Just run the install script then the start script and it works.

I’m using Ubuntu.

Superhero League of Hoboken is kinda like this, albeit has a post apocalyptic setting mostly.

But a band of mostly or totally useless “heroes” fighting for good or something.
