Because whenever those kind of users report an issue, their reports are borderline useless.
User: "I can't make a comment"
Dev: "What did the error message say?"
User: "I dunno"
Bonus if the user starts writing a 100-word paragraph which can be succinctly summarized as "I dunno, just fix it!"
Launch hype is always like that. Give it a week and things will settle down.
