Around these parts you can't just put information without stating your bias. Your bias WILL be assumed and you WILL be canceled.
The neighbors will be sure to tell their cat to stop shitting in the lawn. The cat will listen, and stop, surely.
They don't do shit about the sound and smell of the two stroke motors. That's the sound that pierces noise canceling headphones.
