Ahh! Thank you so much! I've been trying to remember what the chalupa was called for months.

I'm struggling with teenagers being enjoyable, both of mine were monsters. They are adults and doing well now, but I wouldn't re-do the teenage years if you paid me. I'm glad your experience was much better.

So, I have a few family members getting on in age and they are worried about the same thing. In one instance, they hired a house cleaner to come on once a week, just purley my happenstance, but she is able to let us know if said family member feels "a little off base"

There are options, you could foster too or adopt.

So, I was in the same spot for a long time. The one thing I can suggest is to get a tiny portion of something you want to cook, for instance you want to make fried chicken at some point; in the beginning just get like 2 thighs that you aren't planning on really eating. It's literally just a test. The pressure is off for dinner that night and you get room to explore while still knowing if you have to throw it all away you are okay with it.

My husband bought me a Garmin when they very first came out, not because we were flashy people, but he wanted to know I could get somewhere by myself if I needed to . You are not alone my friend

I want to use pi-hole and it comes highly recommended to use raspberry pi to cover the house and have an always on capability. I started looking at just starter packages at Amazon and they don't come with a monitor, which it looks like you need. How do I do this? I want a raspberry pi to run pi-hole to protect my house.

Edit: Thank you all so much for the tips and all the different ways to get this up and going , I am officially on my pi-hole journey!
