Not for OP.

I usually use Adminer instead of phpMyAdmin.

Adminer (formerly phpMinAdmin) is a full-featured database management tool written in PHP. Conversely to phpMyAdmin, it consist of a single file ready to deploy to the target server. Adminer is available for MySQLMariaDBPostgreSQLSQLiteMS SQLOracleElasticsearch,  MongoDB and others via plugin

Another thing for me is transparency blur in composition.

I need my KVM of choice to run on windows, Mac and Linux.

In the issue (down the threads), there is a comment saying it is working in Wayland. But user has to compile other libraries also.

I am using SDDM (from KDE) for two separate accounts - one for awesome and one for KDE.

At a quick glace ....

Most of the recommendations apply to all the major OS e.g. turn off Bluetooth, do not share location, keep admin account but use standard account for daily use, keep firewall on, etc.

A lot of privacy thing can also be opt-out.

OSCP, SIP and multi layer security hardening are where users could not customize.

in summary, Linux > macOS > Windows.

EndeavorOS is more beginner friendly and still an Arch based distro.

I started with Ubuntu and settled on Arch.

I can see only a few scenarios where you couldn't use the Linux full time.

  1. The game you want to play doesn't work. E.g. football 2023
  2. The software you need to work professionally with doesn't run on Linux and does not have alternative on Linux. E.g. Adobe suite
  3. All your hardwares are too new that Linux doesn't have enough driver yet e.g. Apple silicone M1,2

If you have none of them, the best reason to use is curiosity. I started my first Linux out of curiosity and now I am a full time Linx user though I still have windows dual boot and a Mac book pro.
