The fucker has so many lawsuits. He's violated so many laws. We saw how long it took for Trump to have suits. I have to believe people are working on them for Musk.

Since Saturday he has had to take a step back from his position at Tesla. The SEC is also coming after him personally and that particular government agency can make him face consequences despite his wealth.

He's losing SEC related lawsuits about twice per year and at some point they're going to take some serious action against him. It won't be this year, it won't be next year, but I expect that in ten years time he'll be pretty screwed.

Smart billionaires like Bezos know how to stay out of the spotlight. Pretend billionaires like Trump know how to manipulate the public into giving him money until he dies. Musk survives by his clout alone, and even Tesla fans will abandon him at some point.

Sorry but that just sounds like hopium and just reinforces my belief that:

they will basically have no effect on him.
