Thank you! It's been nearly 20 years since I watched the Simpsons regularly.
The meme is Mr Burns confuses two celebrities and orders one killed in his massive disappointment.
I laughed more when I did not get the joke.
They both went viral somewhat recently. I think that’s the joke, Burns is so old and out of touch he mixed them up.
