Hello, there's been a recent spate of trolling incidents in this community. Some have been posting racist and illegal things . The mod team us currently too small to handle this.
Requirements.

A discord account. The lemmy world mod team currently have a discord set up which will allow for better communication with admins and other mods. It's preferable that you have one so we can communicate better.

Non UTC is preferable: the biggest deficiency at the moment is during night time hours in UTC therefore we are looking for candidates that are not UTC.

Update 11th September 2023 As you know unfortunately Lemmy Shit posting was closed down due to an issue with trolls posting CSAM here and embedding it into the site. Well, there's been a temporary compromise. I can reopen this community and keep it going but I have to have it set at mod only for the time being and until I get enough mods.
I would like to take @[email protected] , @[email protected] and @[email protected] for their hard in helping me bring lemmy shit posting back. Unfortunately, I can't open it to public posting. Its just too risky right now.
