All things science are related to Star Trek In some way or another. Many people in science say they were inspired to pursue science as a career because they were inspired by ST. Nichelle Nichols was an ambassador for NASA, and personally inspired minorities and women to pursue science.

So, data and ST will always be related, because if it weren't for ST, a lot of that data wouldn't even exist, because the people who created that data may never have gotten into STEM careers.

My first time DMing went pretty similar. I put together my own adventure and chose monsters from the monster manual based on how cool they looked, only realizing that the numbers were an important consideration once I slaughtered all the players. All new DMs have a learning curve, it's just a matter of how deadly that curve winds up being.

Yeah, but just a couple years ago, you could've said the same thing about AI, and now it's everywhere. So, we could be just a couple years from brain chips that make us execute order 66 and kill all the Jedi.

I was worried that lemmy wouldn't reach the pinnacle of quality to match reddit, and then this post came along to soothe those fears. Good luck on your no poop quest.
