People always say “family and friends…” but, just hear me out, what if you don’t need to be in constant contact with people you would have naturally moved on from?
You know what’s even better? Not using Facebook at all!
Why do people need to follow content creators everywhere? Just watch them on YouTube or Twitch and leave it there. These people don’t care about you at all.
As long as there are internet points to be won and lost, no matter the affect, it will sway people to post/reply in a certain way. It’s toxic to participation and honest conversation.

It’s wild to see people on the fediverse complain about a lack of algorithms. Like, honey, that’s a feature. People are so used to being exploited that they crave it. Sad.
I joined Lemmy over Kbin because I hate that Kbin does the karma/reputation thing. It’s terrible.

The game isn’t fantastic at all once you’re in. It feels like a cheap mobile title. It’s horrible.
Having Google Services installed and complaining about Facebook privacy will never not seem strange to me.
