Despite spouting a... unique worldview, they are not the one "arguing" with anyone. They have only explained themselves and apologized for taking too much attention. I disagree entirely with their point of view but the idea that they're picking fights?

The guy complaining about how common it is doesn't seem to live in any of those regions though. Most seafood is not consumed live, even in those places. It's weird that that's the major complaint with seafood.

It's pretty shitty to lump uBlock Origin in with those other, shittier ad blockers blindly. After all, anyone who knew the first thing about ad blockers even back then knew that there were plenty of bad ones around but that uBO wasn't one of them.
This list looks like:
Firefox: comes with different candy than I like but will get me the candy I want if I ask
Brave: has candy, but stares at me uncomfortably and asks me to lick everything slowly
Chromium: comes with candy I don't like and I'm pretty sure is going to kill me
