Best I could find, myself not being fluent in Russian, is this human rights/legal organization still operating in Russia proper which describes the conviction as a result of delivering homemade fliers saying 'do we really need this kind of President'.

By all means, reveal the evidence that was presented which you claim is being suppressed. I have no problems admitting I'm wrong in the face of substantiated evidence.

no scrap of evidence for this was produced.

The European Court of Human Rights ruled on Tuesday that Russia committed rights violations in Ukraine's Crimean Peninsula, which Moscow occupied and annexed in violation of international law in 2014...

He was already 2 years in to a 3 year contract when the 5 year law came into effect. Renewed for 3 more = 3 + 1, then 1 month shy of 2 more = <5+1. I believe the reason is his total employed period actually exceeded 5 years if you consider the portion that partially overlapped at the start of the law.

They aren't 'Tweets' anymore. They are Xcretes.

They didn't disagree with it. They asked you why. Answer the reasonable query or accept that the obvious 'because I crave attention' will be what everyone is thinking.

Yup. At least with Space-X the message seems to be 'a variable that changes things with the space industry'. 'X' is just... a meaningless letter. My favourite is the meme that tweets will now be called Xcretes.

Clever use of 'nonsensical' here. How refreshing.

They got rid of the Dislike button. Fine. They changed the Homepage to 2 ginormous thumbnails per row. WTF are they thinking? They doubled down and forced that change onto the Subscription page too when people started just using that instead. Now I'v noticed a LOT of videos posted from subscribed creators do not appear on the subscriptions page at all. Go to homepage? There it is plain as day. I'd complain (30second unskippable ad) about the (30second unskippable ad) annoying bombardment (30second unskippable ad) of advertising on (30second unskippable ad) the platform but (30second unskippable ad) I use Ublock.

There has to be some sort of competitor (not Twitch) that is a reasonable equivalent? I'm at my wits end here. It seems all Media Content online has become outright hostile to consumers and I want to go to war.

Well it was confusing to begin with. I'm still not sure how to search efficiently or whatever, and I don't know where you can quickly see the Instance themes. I've settled in though and I'm comfortable now. It really helps that **every **comment isn't replied to with someone outright hostile for whatever reason. Pretty sure that'll change once the bots realize we're worth their time.

I have my icks. I wish thread trees were more distinct. I'm still getting the hang of the interface. But despite them there is a pleasant vibe here where you feel like you're actually talking to people and not screaming to be heard amongst a hostile crowd.
